How do I place an order?
WhatsApp is fastest: open any product and tap "Order on WhatsApp", or send your list straight to our number. We confirm the order and price within minutes.
Why are prices shown as indicative?
Because market prices fluctuate, we confirm the final price when your order is confirmed on WhatsApp — no surprises at pickup.
Do you prepare large orders for events?
Yes — for events, feasts and gatherings. Message us a day or two ahead and we will have it fresh and ready.
What are the special-price bundles?
Ready-made assortments (croissant, sweets, bread, family) at a special price that changes with the season — ask for today's price on WhatsApp.
Products
What is the best way to store my bread?
Keep bread in a cloth or paper bag in a dry spot away from sunlight, and enjoy it within a day or two — it is baked with no preservatives.
Can I freeze the bread?
Yes. Freeze it fresh in a sealed bag, ideally on the day of purchase, then reheat straight from frozen — it comes back soft.
Is everything baked fresh daily?
We bake in batches all day, as we have since 1990 — whatever you buy left the oven recently.
What about allergens?
Our products may contain or come into contact with: gluten (wheat), sesame, nuts, dairy, and eggs. For a specific product, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
I have feedback about a product — what do I do?
We genuinely want to hear it. Message us on WhatsApp or speak to us at the bakery, and we deal with it the same day.

How long is an offer valid?
Every offer shows its end date, and is valid within those dates subject to availability.
